Bindu U. is currently pursuing her B.C.A. at the Veerayatan Institute of Business Mangement & Computer Applications. She is the daughter of a farmer, and growing up, she faced constant hardship due to the fact that her family’s prosperity depended on the uncertain rains in her village. In such conditions, survival itself poses to be a great challenge; but Bindu still managed to finish her primary education from the village school. However, with an annual income of hardly 80,000 Indian Rupee per year and a large family of six, Bindu decided not to study further given financial constraints. That’s when Veerayatan provided her a chance to study further at no cost, as much as she wanted to. Ranking among the highest achievers in all the semesters, she now wishes to fulfill all the dreams of her family by getting a good job and earning well to provide for them.
