Thanks to crucial funding from Diamonds Do Good, Tshireletso was able to take her aspirations to the next level. The grant allowed her to purchase five hectares of land demonstrating her commitment to sustainable farming practices. Not only has she achieved remarkable personal growth, but she has also become an employer, providing opportunities for employment and furthering education and skills development of five of her peers.
Erba Farms’ products now grace the shelves of over 17 supermarkets across the country, effectively contributing to the local economy and fostering a sense of pride in her community.
